This endpoint allows you to submit customer's contact email address to us in case the customer's deposit has been put on hold and you received the ChanelPayment callback that consists of the following two fields:

Cryptopay Support Team will then contact the customer directly to ask them to provide their wallet address where the funds will be refunded.
